Option 2 – ON-LINE AUTION
Interested in picking the price of your new home? For select properties and for limited times, buyers will have the opportunity to determine the value of a house by becoming a qualified bidder. Similar to E-Bay auctions, reserves will apply and buyers will always have the opportunity to purchase at the "buy-now" price.
Option 3 – SELLER FINANCING
Have good credit but limited down payment? Seller Financing offers below-market interest rates, payments equal to or less than leasing, minimal closing costs, same day-approvals – all for out-of-pocket costs approximating one percent of sales price.
Option 4 – LEASE-TO-OWN
Looking to re-build your credit and earn down payment or purchase price credits to facilitate home ownership? Lease to own programs allow up to 50% of you lease payments to apply toward the purchase of your new home!

Option 8 – INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
